Ethical and cruelty-free salon professional brand, Organic Colour Systems, sell a range of healthy and natural hair products to salons and hair stylists globally. Almost 98% of sales are via online purchases and multiple websites were handling transactions in different countries and currencies. The off-the-shelf ecommerce buying sites were outdated, causing frustration for customers and limiting the team’s global sales potential.
It's customer base of hair stylists and salon teams work on the go, are not regularly near a computer and have to fit things in when there is time between clients.
They wanted to simplify ordering and improve the user experience. The 4FX team designed an app based on the end user experience with a management system for handling product orders. It has helped simplify processes, create efficiencies and streamline customer communications.
